The U.S. Marshals Service says a man wanted on homicide charges in Norfolk has been arrested in Rehoboth Beach, Del., according to the Associated Press. Twenty-five-year-old Hubert Jason II, previously of Norfolk, was arrested about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Norwood Street, according to AP. Jason has been charged with homicide and other counts for a killing that occurred June 18 in Norfolk. He is also sought on charges in connection with a kidnapping in Portsmouth on August 2. The Norfolk case involved the fatal shooting of Rondale Wilson, 27, of Virginia Beach, in the 200 block of W.
